Salop Design and Engineering Ltd began in 1960 designing press tools for automotive manufacturing companies. The business developed into manufacturing tools it had designed, and then due to demand from its customers started producing components.
Salop Design & Engineering Limited is one of the leading independently owned Pressworking Companies in the UK. They produce precision metal pressings and assemblies for the Automotive and Domestic Appliance Industries.
They have vast experience in managing customer projects from design concept to full component manufacture. They have built an excellent reputation assisting customers with press relief, and solving difficult tooling and methodologies supplied by our customers.
Located in Shrewsbury with superb links to the UK's motorway network, we operate from a new 6,000sq.m. building. Their objective is to manufacture and deliver quality assured components and services to our customers.
