ROSPA Manual Handling
Within our organisation we have ROSPA trained manual handling safety officers (ROSPA stands for The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents).
 
Working in partnership with trained personnel we will give your company peace of mind by promoting safety in the workplace to all of our candidates and by offering information on the prevention of accidents in all areas of life.
 
If a ROSPA trained Proactive Personnel employee carries out your company inductions you will be safe in the knowledge that candidates will be provided with the correct information, advice, resources and training in health and safety and manual handling.
 
Biometric Time and Attendance System
For high volume single or multi site contracts we can provide a Biometric Time and Attendance System which positively identifies each employee when clocking in by scanning the unique size and shape of their hand, meaning no more false clocking or paying for time when employees are not present. The system also helps to comply with heath and safety regulations in fire situations by producing immediate and accurate fire roll call reports.
Once clocked in, this valuable clocking information is sent through to PC software for automatic calculation, editing and analysis. Available at anytime, even from remote sites, this data allows you to stay in complete control of your employees' time and attendance, assisting us in identifying short falls in staffing levels within ten minutes of the start of a shift.
 
In addition to the massive savings made by eliminating false employee clockings, there are large time and cost savings to be made in administration as the PC software produces reports previously prepared manually. We will therefore be able to provide: clocking times, hours worked, overtime, lateness, absence, holidays, sickness, fire roll call and much more.

Home Office/Border Control
The Home Office is responsible for implementing and enforcing legislation which ensures that those seeking work are legally permitted to work within the UK. We have forged a strong working relationship with the Home Office, frequently using their services to check the legitimacy of passports and other legal documents.
 
Gangmasters Licence
The mission of the Gangmasters Licencing Authority is to safeguard the welfare and interests of workers and to ensure that labour providers operate within the law.
 
It has been an offence for Gangmasters to operate without a licence since 1st October 2006 and an offence to for labour users to use an unlicensed gangmaster since 1st December 2006.
 
Proactive Personnel have held a licence since January 2006, and are required to renew this annually.
